Orientation

Brief history of UPSA and topics on UPSA culture, general rules & policies, membership, organizational structure, presentation of committees, among others - were conveyed by Maricris Joaquin, Leah Tapia, Kay Faustino, Jezer, Patricia, Chot, Madz, Andrew, Belay, Luigi and Erwin. The Best Presented Signature Sheet and the Best Accomplished Signature Sheet recognitions were given to John Leighmar Toledo and Pat Llenado, respectively.

Some UPSA alumni and friends who were present for  the occasion were Maricris Rogelio-Joaquin & Junjie Coronado (founding members '80), Leah Tapia, who also gave an inspirational talk, Camilla Kim-Galvez (Mrs. Philippines-Universe & 2nd Runner Up, Mrs. Universe in Riga, Lithuania), Patricia Fernandez (Bb. Pilipinas-International '08 & Top Ten Finalist, Miss International '08, Beijing, China), Gretchen Espina (Pinoy Idol '08), Kay Faustino, Carlo Salita, and UPSA friend Tita Lou Tansengco.
